The EZ-LITE™ modules and installation services are warranted by Richmond Controls Company to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days after the original date of shipment or purchase date if purchased from a dealer. This warranty does not cover third-party items (LEDs, castings, etc.), and it does not cover damage due to excessive applied voltage, misuse or incorrect assembly.

No matter when you purchased your Richmond Controls product, we will be happy to repair it (if possible) or provide installation assistance. For items out of warranty, the cost is $2.00 PLUS $2.00 per simple component (LEDs, resisitors, diodes, capacitors, wires, etc.) PLUS  $6.00 for integrated circuits (regulators, microprocessors).  Return shipping is $7.00, and Priority Mail will always be used.

Example:  EZ05-004 needing one new LED, one new capacitor, and one new diode:  Repair cost is $2.00 PLUS ($2.00 for 3 components) + $7.00 for shipping, for a total of $14.00.
 

If you wish to return an out-of-warranty item for repair, please include payment for ESTIMATED repairs, including $7.00 for shipping.  The minimum possible amount is $10.00 for a single item, $14.00 for two items, etc.  Texas residents please add 8.25% on the repair amount for state sales tax.  If the amount sent is too much, we will refund the difference.  If the amount sent is insufficient, we will return the repaired items with a bill if the difference is small, or will contact you for further payment and/or instructions if the difference is large.  If you are unsure, please contact us via phone or email.  We will assume that anyone sending items for repair understands and accepts these conditions.
